Privacy Policy
TopPROperty LLC (“TopPROperty”, “we”) provides painting and remodeling services in South Florida. This policy explains what we collect on topproperty.us and through our text messages and calls, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, mobile phone number, email, service address, description and photos of the job, preferred dates.
- Technical data: browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself), pages and steps of our estimate form you used.
- Records of your consent to receive text messages (date, time, the wording you agreed to).
How we use it
- To prepare your estimate, schedule the work, send invoices and updates, and answer your questions.
- To send promotions only if you separately opted in to marketing messages.
- To keep records required for accounting and legal compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share data only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our CRM, SMS and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing toppropertymiami@gmail.com or calling (786) 796-1551.
SMS Terms
- Program: TopPROperty LLC customer care texts — verification codes, estimates, scheduling and job updates, invoices, and replies to your questions. If you separately opt in, occasional promotions (up to 2 per month).
- How you opt in: by checking the consent box on our estimate form at topproperty.us, or by texting us first.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (786) 796-1551.
- Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We send texts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. local time, except replies to messages you send us.
