Interior Design & Renovation · South Florida
LED cove lighting. Shadow gap baseboards. Slat wood walls. Backlit panels. The details that turn a standard renovation into an interior people remember — at prices that work in South Florida, not Milan.
Why this exists
Walk into a Milan apartment and something is different. It’s not the budget. It’s the care in 40 small decisions — the way light grazes a wall, the absence of a clunky baseboard, the way a closet door disappears into the wall.
We bring those decisions here. Same square footage, same budget tier — but the result feels designed, not just decorated.
5.25″ colonial baseboard
Shadow gap, flush wall
Bright overhead can lights
Indirect LED cove lighting
Flat painted drywall
Slat wood with backlight
Closet doors with handles
Push-to-open, no hardware
Our signature details
These six details, used together, turn an ordinary home into something that feels intentional. We can add them to almost any project — from a single room to a full renovation.
Hidden strip lighting along ceiling perimeters and behind millwork. Soft, indirect glow that makes a room feel finished — and twice its size after dark.
+ Add to any room →
Instead of bulky 5″ trim, a clean reveal where wall meets floor. The European default. Looks modern, ages well, costs less than you’d guess.
+ Replace baseboards →
Fluted or slatted wood panels with LED behind them. Vertical rhythm, warm glow, sound absorption. Works as a feature wall in any room.
+ Feature wall →
Wood-finished cabinetry with internal LED strips on shelves and hanging rods. Motion sensors. Glass-front drawers. It feels like a boutique.
+ Design my closet →
Push-to-open doors flush with the wall. No frame, no handle, no hinges. The door simply disappears until you need it.
+ Hide a door →
Venetian plaster, micro-cement, lime wash. Hand-applied finishes that catch light through the day. Texture without the dust collector.
